T&C FOR MISSION NO EMISSION OFFER Page

• This “Mission No Emission Offer' ("Offer") is provided to the customer by 'Matter Motor Works Private Limited' ("Matter") on the website https://matter.in and its mobile site (collectively, "Platform").
• These terms and conditions for the Offer ("T&C for Mission No Emission ") are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use to which the customer agrees by using the Platform, and the Online Pre-Booking T&C to which the customer agrees by making a Pre-Booking (as defined in the Online Pre-Booking T&C) on the Platform.
• This Offer is valid exclusively for the customers who Pre-Book the Matter Vehicles between May 30, 2023 to June 12, 2023, both days included (“Offer Period”). The Offer entails a discount of Rs. 30,000/- on the final price of the Matter Vehicles and complementary Matter Care Package worth Rs 20,000/- for the Matter vehicles Pre-Booked during the Offer Period. The customer must read these T&C for Mission No Emission offer carefully before confirming the Pre-Booking.

OFFER DETAILS

At the time of Pre-Booking a Matter vehicle, customers who are eligible will automatically avail a discount on the final price of the Matter Vehicle. Discount will get automatically reflected and be deducted from the final price of Matter vehicle and the Matter Care Package will automatically become part of the Matter Vehicle Pre-Booked during Offer Period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Matter reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to withdraw/add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these T&C for Mission No Emission offer or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Matter to conduct further, or provide similar or other offers.
• In case of any disputes regarding the terms of the Offer or his/her eligibility of for the same, Matter’s decision shall be final and binding.
• Matter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to any force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the customer, Matter reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel such customer’s Pre-Booking.
• In no event the entire liability of Matter under this Offer shall exceed the amount of discount availed on the final price of the Matter Vehicle under this Offer.
• Matter shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad.

CONDITIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

In event the customer cancels the Pre-Booking, for any reason whatsoever, the Offer shall stand cancelled. It being clarified that in the event the customer again wishes to Pre-Book a Matter vehicle during the Offer Period, the Offer shall be valid. However, if the customer again wishes to Pre-Books a Matter vehicle but the Offer Period has lapsed, the customer would not be eligible to the discount on the final price of the Matter Vehicle under this Offer.
